Every scope below is executed by our own crews and our own workshop — engineered, fabricated, installed and tested under one contract.
We engineer, fabricate and install process and utility piping systems across carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy materials — from underground utility lines to overhead process racks. Every spool is fabricated to isometric drawings, welded under WPS-qualified procedures, and pressure-tested before handover.
Our rigging and erection teams handle the safe lifting, alignment and setting of static and rotating equipment — reactors, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, pumps and compressors — using planned lift studies and certified rigging gear on every job.
From ducting and air-handling units to chillers and cleanroom ventilation, we design and install HVAC systems for industrial facilities and commercial buildings, balancing airflow and energy performance against the client's operating budget.
We install hydrant networks, sprinkler grids, fire water pump houses and foam or clean-agent suppression systems engineered to NFPA and local TAC standards, with full flushing, flow and pressure testing before commissioning.
Our workshop fabricates pipe spools, structural steel, platforms, skids and storage tanks under controlled shop conditions, so field crews receive components that are ready to install rather than ready to rework.
We source and supply pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, structural steel and welding consumables from approved vendors, with full mill-certificate traceability — as a standalone supply contract or bundled with installation.
We plan and execute mechanical shutdown and turnaround work — piping, equipment and fabrication scopes delivered within the tight windows plants allow, with crews and material mobilised ahead of the outage.
Safe unloading, positioning and short-haul handling of heavy machinery, vessels and structural components at site, using rated cranes, trailers and rigging gear operated by trained crews.
